Ashley Sollenberger

Ashley Sollenberger is a lifelong Lancaster County resident and enjoys the country roads and small towns.  When not running, Ashley is an elementary PE teacher and Dad to two young boys.

Ashley began his running and endurance sports career as an adult.  First competing locally in the Ephrata Firecracker and Lancaster Red Rose Run.  He has ultimately raced distances from the mile to the full ironman, although his favorite distances are 5ks to half marathons, and Olympic distance triathlons.  He loves the puzzle that training presents and finding the balance between training, work, and family time.
