Since 2016, RUN717 Coaching has been developing training plans for athletes of all levels. We’ve worked with athletes in the Central Pennsylvania area as well as throughout the United States. Whether your goal is to run a marathon or your first 5k, we can help you – the only requirement to begin is a willingness to work hard.
Meet the RUN717 Coaching Team
Brenda Hodge is the head coach and founder of RUN717. In 2019 she was ranked second in the US for women aged 45-49, according to Abbott World Marathon Majors and has placed at the top of her age group in the Boston, Chicago and New York Marathons. Coach Hodge is a certified running coach through RRCA and The Lydiard Foundation. She has the knowledge and experience to develop a training plan that will take your running to the next level.

Ashley Sollenberger is the latest addition to the RUN717 team. He has lead the popular RUN717 youth program for a number of years. Coach Sollenberger is a local physical education teacher. As an experienced triathlete, he can help you with your first triathlon. He also has a background in strength training. Coach Sollenberger is certified through RRCA.
