Since 2016, RUN717 Coaching has been developing training plans for athletes of all levels. We’ve worked with athletes in the Central Pennsylvania area as well as throughout the United States. Whether your goal is to run a marathon or your first 5k, we can help you – the only requirement to begin is a willingness to work hard.
Meet the RUN717 Coaching Team
Brenda Hodge is the head coach and founder of RUN717. In 2019 she was ranked second in the US for women aged 45-49, according to Abbott World Marathon Majors and has placed at the top of her age group in the Boston, Chicago and New York Marathons. Coach Hodge is a certified running coach through RRCA and The Lydiard Foundation. She has the knowledge and experience to develop a training plan that will take your running to the next level.

Laura Brenner is an avid trail runner and successful ultra runner in the south-central Pennsylvania area. In 2021 she joined the RUN717 team as an assistant coach. Coach Brenner strives to be the coach and mentor she wishes she had when she started running and competing.
